Candytime has been a family operation & business that began in the 1960s at the Calgary Stampede. We now encompass a spring to fall season which includes major exhibitions between Calgary and Toronto.

Throughout the fall and winter months, Candytime operates locally in Victoria B.C. Participating in festivals, parades and other seasonal events throughout the city.

Our Story.

Billbrooke Concessions Ltd. has proudly operated across Canada for over 60 years! What began with Brooke Wray working for his brother-in-law Bill Sumner, operating several concession stands at The Calgary Stampede in the Sixties, Billbrooke has grown to encompass an annual route that includes many major cities from B.C to Ontario. Brooke’s two youngest sons, Tyler and Matthew have taken over from Bill to become the present and future of our company!

Our friendly staff greet our customers with smiles and enthusiasm while offering a professional presentation of our products with a quick and easy transaction. We continue to provide all of your carnival favorites including Popcorn, Candy Apples, Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, Caramel Corn, Slushies and Caramel Apples.
